MA-EC Gallery is participating in the Cremona Art Fair this year .
Born from the need to strengthen and expand the connective tissue between the many artistic experiences of the territory, Cremona Art Fair confirms itself, for the third consecutive year, as a platform for comparison between local and international projects. It takes place inside pavilion 1 of CremonaFiere, the second most important exhibition center in Lombardy. The fair is divided into 3 sections, Main Section, Art Projects and Editor, dedicated to independent publishing and artist's books. Numerous collateral events, talks, guided tours enrich the cultural offer.
MA-EC Gallery is part of the Main Section , reserved for national and international historic galleries, and presents at stand L 15 an exhibition project that sees four artists in dialogue, Horst Beyer, Marcello Vigoni, Xiao Hui Wang, Xunmu Wu, different in training, style, artistic path but united by an incessant search for perfection, as revealed by the brightness of Horst Beyer's electric wires, the elegance steeped in philosophy and spirituality of Marcello Vigoni's black and white photos, the refinement of Xiao Hui Wang's photographic creation and the incisive brush strokes of Xunmu Wu, a Chinese master who masters both oil and ink techniques.

Marcello Vigoni
Marcello Vigoni was born in 1979 in Milan, where he lives and works.
His artistic career began in the world of advertising and graphics, then continued on two parallel tracks: on one side the world of communication, on the other that of photography, understood not only as technical experimentation, but rather as a constant search for expression.
Photography – favored in its analogical black and white form – is in fact used by the artist not so much to reproduce reality, but to investigate it beyond the boundaries of the “visible”, revealing a world that seems to spring directly from his mind. In his works, characterized by a surreal and metaphysical inspiration, a dreamlike universe takes shape that dialogues with the observer, putting him in direct contact with his own subconscious and his own memories. His images are introspective and rich in a cultured and refined symbolism, the result of tireless research and studies that the artist carries out daily. Among the most recent projects, EGOSISTEMI, a solo exhibition curated by Elisabetta Bacchin that ended on March 19 at the MA-EC Gallery in Milan.
